AP Service – CofA Revised or Replacement Certificate

Pricing will be honoured in respect of AP services purchased provided the AP services have been booked and delivered within 3 months of any purchases. If the service has not been booked and delivered within this time frame, then excepting exceptional circumstances, any price increases will be applied.

Description

AP engagement for issue of a revised or replacement certificate at member request (onsite visit not usually required). Certificate issue to revise conditions or to replace an expired certificate.

The published price excludes travel expenses.

This service is only available to financial Members of the SAAA.

Subsequent to purchase, the purchaser must also be a financial member of the SAAA at the time of receiving a service or attending a course.

Please note, no printed documentation is sent from the SAAA office. A receipt will be emailed to you after your purchase has been processed, your chosen AP will require a copy of this receipt.

AP Engagement of Services Terms and Conditions
When purchasing your AP service, please note that the following terms and conditions will apply:
1. Do not purchase AP service items until you and your aircraft are 100% ready for the service to be provided. Engagement with an SAAA AP must be within three months of the date of the purchase of the service.
2. When paying for an AP service item you will be engaging with an SAAA AP to issue your Certificate of Airworthiness (C of A) / Experimental Certificate or consider for issue other approvals such as Flight over populous areas, NVFR or IFR.
3. Pricing will be honoured in respect of AP services purchased provided the AP services have been booked and delivered within 3 months of any purchases. If the service has not been booked and delivered within this time frame, then excepting exceptional circumstances, any price increases will be applied.
Should you cancel (or not use) the AP service job for any reason, (no administration and consultative work yet carried out by the AP) a partial refund will be given upon request as follows:
• Date of purchase to three months – full refund
• Three to six months from date of purchase – 60% refund
• Six months to one year – 30% refund
• Beyond one year – no refund – AP Service fee is forfeited.
4. Should you cancel the AP Service job for any reason, (with some administration and consultative work having already been carried out by the AP) a partial refund will be given upon request as follows:
• 30% refund
