SAAA are celebrating their 65th birthday in 2020. As part of the celebrations around the country, SAAA are seeking to run another fly-in at Langley Park, Perth.
This is a big one and should be on your ‘to do’ bucket list! The last Langley park event by SAAA was hosted in 2011. There were 100 aircraft landed on the old Perth airfield. In 2020 we will be aiming to put a few more on the field. So, get yourself organised, put in your expression of interest on our ink below and start planning. If you are intending to fly in, there are requirements that you must meet to get an entry permit to land at Langley Park.
For timing purposes if you are coming from outside WA, you must plan to be here no later than Thursday morning or you will not be able to complete the demonstrated short field landing and take off at Serpentine airfield by Thursday evening. There will be no exceptions to the process of demonstrated skills as this forms part of our application for approvals. Please follow carefully all the requirements if you wish to participate. These will all be published soon.
