The wait is over! The SAAA’s new Maintenance Techniques Course (MTC) is here, and bookings are now open!
This is an exciting new chapter for the Sports Aircraft Association of Australia (SAAA) and a major step forward in supporting the future of general aviation maintenance.
With more aircraft needing ongoing care and fewer Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (LAMEs) available to maintain them, the need for practical aircraft maintenance skills has never been greater. That’s why, working closely with the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA), the SAAA has developed the Maintenance Techniques Course (MTC) — designed to help aircraft owners build their knowledge, develop practical skills and play a more active role in maintaining their aircraft.
