This course allows a Member to review and agree to become a party to the SAAA Indemnity and Intellectual Property Rights Deed.

The Deed is designed to protect all SAAA Members in regard to any form of support they may provide to fellow Members. This is intended to cover anything from ad hoc informal support one Member to another Member and support that may be provided by any of SAAA’s advisors such as but not limited to Technical Counsellors (TCs), Flight Safety Advisors (FSAs), Trainers, Authorised Persons (APs) and any SAAA staff or other volunteers. The Deed also protects SAAA’s intellectual property.

Subsequent to your review of the Deed, you as a Member of the SAAA will be invited to agree to become a party to the SAAA Indemnity and Intellectual Property Rights Deed: If you decline, then it will be entirely at the discretion of any person to decline provision of their support to you as described above.
