Shipping Information:
➤  Orders are dispatched every Thursday.
➤  If shipping services are temporarily unavailable due to staff leave, members will be advised through SAAA member newsletters.
➤  Shipping is available within Australia only.

Refund Policy:
Any requests regarding missing items or refunds must be submitted within 14 days of the order being mailed.

AP Services Policy:
➤  Services relating to Special Certificates of Airworthiness and Experimental Certificate matters are available only to eligible financial SAAA Members.
➤  Following purchase, the purchaser must remain a current financial SAAA Member at the time the service is provided.

SAAA Training Courses & Services Policy:
➤  Enrolment in the Maintenance Procedures Course (MPC) and Maintenance Techniques Course (MTC) are available only to eligible financial SAAA Members.
➤  Following purchase, the participant/purchaser must remain a current financial SAAA Member at the time of attending the course and completing any associated online examination requirements.
➤  Only one course enrolment ticket is permitted per membership.
